Manufacturer warranties

The products we sell are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty where one is offered — terms vary by brand (typically 90 days to limited lifetime) and are listed on the manufacturer’s website or in the product packaging. Keep your order confirmation; it serves as your proof of purchase for any claim.

Filing a claim

Email support@maverickdivision.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We’ll either handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf or connect you directly with their warranty department — whichever gets you resolved faster.

Defects on arrival & returns

Items that arrive damaged or defective are on us — report them within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund, including shipping. Separately, unused items can be returned within 30 days under our refund policy.

Note: aftermarket parts may affect your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty coverage for related components, and some performance parts are intended for off-road use only. Check your vehicle warranty terms and local regulations before installing.
